Comparison review
Asus ROG Phone 8 is slightly better than Moto Z Play, with a 79.5 score against 74.4. Asus ROG Phone 8's construction is notably newer, but somewhat thicker and a lot heavier than the Moto Z Play. Both of these phones come with Android OS (operating system), but the Asus ROG Phone 8 has the previous 14 version while Moto Z Play has Android 8.0 Oreo version.
Asus ROG Phone 8 has a better looking screen than Moto Z Play, because although it has a just a little less pixels per inch of display, it also counts with a larger display and a slightly higher 1080 x 2400 pixels resolution. The Motorola Moto Z Play has a really superior performance than Asus ROG Phone 8, although it has a smaller amount of RAM memory, they both have the same number of cores.
Asus ROG Phone 8 has a bit more storage capacity for games and applications than Moto Z Play, because although it has no slot for external memory cards, it also counts with 256 GB internal memory. The Asus ROG Phone 8 counts with a much better battery performance than Moto Z Play, because it has 5500mAh of battery capacity instead of 3510mAh.
The Asus ROG Phone 8 has a lot better camera than Moto Z Play, because it has a way better resolution camera in the back, a larger diafragm aperture for better photos and videos in low light environments and a lot better video resolution.
