The Asus ZenFone 6 (2019) has a global score of 77.8, which is a little bit better than the Motorola Moto Z Play's 74.4 overall score. Both of these phones work with Android OS (operating system), but Asus ZenFone 6 (2019) has older 11 version while Motorola Moto Z Play has Android 8.0 Oreo version. Asus ZenFone 6 (2019)'s construction is noticeably newer than Motorola Moto Z Play's, but it is somewhat heavier and a lot thicker.
Asus ZenFone 6 (2019) has a little faster CPU than Motorola Moto Z Play, and although they both have the same number of cores, the Asus ZenFone 6 (2019) also has more RAM. Asus ZenFone 6 (2019) features a little bit better looking display than Moto Z Play, because it has a larger screen, a little bit higher 1080 x 2340 pixels resolution and a quite higher pixels count per screen inch.
Asus ZenFone 6 (2019) counts with a greater storage to install applications and games than Moto Z Play, and although they both have an external memory slot that holds up to 1,95 TB, the Asus ZenFone 6 (2019) also has 64 GB internal memory. Asus ZenFone 6 (2019) features a way better battery lifetime than Moto Z Play, because it has a 42 percent greater battery size.
Asus ZenFone 6 (2019) captures better pictures and videos than Moto Z Play, and although they both have the same video resolution, the Asus ZenFone 6 (2019) also has a larger diafragm aperture to capture better low light captures, faster 60 frames per second video frame rate and a camera with a much better 48 MP resolution.
Although Asus ZenFone 6 (2019) is a better device, it costs a lot more money than the Moto Z Play, and it doesn't have such a good quality/price relation as the Moto Z Play. So if you want that extra specs, you can buy the Asus ZenFone 6 (2019), otherwise you can save a couple dollars and get the Moto Z Play, letting go some specs and features.
