Moto G100 has a general score of 88.9, which is much better than the Moto Z Play's 74.4 general score. The Moto G100 construction is much newer than the Moto Z Play's, but it is way thicker and a lot heavier. Both of these phones use Android OS (Operating System), but the Moto G100 has the previous 11 version while Moto Z Play has Android 8.0 Oreo version.

Motorola Moto G100 counts with a little bit better display than Moto Z Play, because it has a slightly better 1080 x 2520 resolution, a quite better screen density and a bigger display. The Moto G100 has a bit more powerful processing unit than Motorola Moto Z Play, and although they both have 8 cores, the Moto G100 also has 5 GB more RAM.

Moto G100 features a much better camera than Moto Z Play, because it has a lot better video resolution, a back facing camera with a much better 64 mega-pixels resolution and a larger aperture.
