The Moto G9 Plus has a score of 80.5, which is a bit better than Moto Z Play's overall score of 74.4. Moto G9 Plus's construction is extremely newer than the Moto Z Play's, but it is much thicker and way heavier. Both of these phones have Android OS (operating system), but Moto G9 Plus has the previous 10 version while Moto Z Play has Android 8.0 Oreo.

Moto G9 Plus features a bit better processing unit than Moto Z Play, and although they both have the same number of cores, the Moto G9 Plus also has 1 GB more RAM. The Moto G9 Plus and Moto Z Play feature really similar screens, because although the Moto G9 Plus has a quite inferior amount of pixels per inch of screen, it also counts with a bigger display and a bit higher 1080 x 2400 pixels resolution.
