Moto Z3 is just a bit better than Motorola Moto Z Play, getting a 77.6 score against 74.4. The Moto Z3 is a newer phone, and it is also a little bit thinner and just a bit lighter than the Motorola Moto Z Play. Both of these devices work with Android OS (operating system), but the Moto Z3 has a more recent 9.0 Pie version and Motorola Moto Z Play has Android 8.0 Oreo.

The Moto Z3 counts with a bit better processor than Moto Z Play, and although they both have 8 cores, the Moto Z3 also has 1 GB more RAM. The Motorola Moto Z3 features a bit more vivid screen than Moto Z Play, because it has a slightly better 1080 x 2160 resolution, a bit better display density and a bit larger display.
