The Motorola One Hyper has a general score of 79.8, which is a little bit better than Motorola Moto Z Play's 74.4 general score. The Motorola One Hyper is a notably newer phone than the Motorola Moto Z Play, although it's somewhat heavier and somewhat thicker. Both of these phones use Android OS (Operating System), but the Motorola One Hyper has an older 11 version while Motorola Moto Z Play has Android 8.0 Oreo.

Motorola Moto Z Play and Motorola One Hyper count with very similar processing units, and although the Motorola One Hyper has more RAM, they both have a Octa-Core processing unit. Motorola One Hyper has a screen that's very similar to the Motorola Moto Z Play one, because although the Motorola One Hyper has a just a little lower screen density, it also counts with a little bit higher resolution of 1080 x 2340 pixels and a bigger display.

Motorola One Hyper has a much better camera than Moto Z Play, and although they both have the same 30 frames per second video frame rates and the same (4K) video definition, the Motorola One Hyper also has a bigger diafragm aperture for better low light photos and a back facing camera with much more MP.

The Motorola One Hyper has a superior memory capacity to store more apps and games than Motorola Moto Z Play, because although it has a SD memory slot that supports up to 1000 GB against 1,95 TB, it also counts with 96 GB more internal memory capacity. The Motorola One Hyper has just a bit better battery life than Motorola Moto Z Play, because it has 4000mAh of battery capacity.

The Motorola One Hyper costs more than the Moto Z Play, but it's still a great deal, because you can get a lot more for that extra money.
