Galaxy F23 is better than the Moto Z Play, getting a global score of 84.6 against 74.4. These devices include Android OS (Operating System), but the Galaxy F23 has the previous 12 version while Moto Z Play has Android 8.0 Oreo. The Galaxy F23 design is newer and a lot lighter, but somewhat thicker than Moto Z Play.
