Galaxy F23 is better than the Moto Z Play, getting a global score of 84.6 against 74.4. These devices include Android OS (Operating System), but the Galaxy F23 has the previous 12 version while Moto Z Play has Android 8.0 Oreo. The Galaxy F23 design is newer and a lot lighter, but somewhat thicker than Moto Z Play.

Samsung Galaxy F23 features a bit sharper display than Moto Z Play, because although it has a little lower pixels density, it also counts with a bit higher resolution of 1080 x 2408px and a larger display. Moto Z Play counts with a lot bigger memory capacity for apps and games than Galaxy F23, because although it has just 32 GB internal storage capacity, it also counts with a SD card slot that allows a maximum of 1,95 TB.

Samsung Galaxy F23 counts with just a little better hardware performance than Motorola Moto Z Play, and although they both have 8 processing cores, the Samsung Galaxy F23 also has a larger amount of RAM. Moto Z Play has a slightly better camera than Galaxy F23, although it has a back-facing camera with lot less megapixels resolution and a smaller diafragm aperture which is not so good for low light photography and videos.

Galaxy F23 features a much better battery life than Motorola Moto Z Play, because it has 5000mAh of battery capacity.
