The Samsung Galaxy Note 20 Ultra is way better than Motorola Moto Z Play, getting a 98.9 score against 74.4. Both of these phones work with Android OS (Operating System), but Samsung Galaxy Note 20 Ultra has older 13 version while Motorola Moto Z Play has Android 8.0 Oreo version. Even though Samsung Galaxy Note 20 Ultra is extremely newer than the Motorola Moto Z Play, it's thicker and extremely heavier.

The Samsung Galaxy Note 20 Ultra has a bit better display than Motorola Moto Z Play, because it has a lot higher resolution of 1440 x 3088 pixels, a larger screen and a just a bit higher amount of pixels in each inch in the display. Galaxy Note 20 Ultra features a much better memory capacity for games and applications than Moto Z Play, because although it has an external SD slot that supports 1000 GB smaller, it also counts with 96 GB more internal memory capacity.

Samsung Galaxy Note 20 Ultra is way more expensive than the Moto Z Play, but it's still a good choice, as you can get a lot more for that extra money.
