Samsung Galaxy Note 3 is slightly better than Moto Z Play, having a overall score of 80.7 against 74.4. Both of these phones include Android operating system, but the Samsung Galaxy Note 3 has the previous 5.0 version and Moto Z Play has Android 8.0 Oreo version. The Samsung Galaxy Note 3 is an extremely older, somewhat thicker and just a little heavier cellphone than Moto Z Play.
