The Samsung Galaxy Note3 is slightly better than Motorola Moto Z Play, having a score of 77.7 against 74.4. Both of these phones work with Android OS (operating system), but the Samsung Galaxy Note3 has the previous 4.4.2 version while Motorola Moto Z Play has Android 8.0 Oreo. Samsung Galaxy Note3's design is extremely older, just a little heavier and somewhat thicker than Motorola Moto Z Play.
