Samsung Galaxy S6 is better than the Motorola Moto Z Play, getting an 87.4 score against 74.4. Both of these phones come with Android OS (Operating System), but the Samsung Galaxy S6 has older 5.0 version while Motorola Moto Z Play has Android 8.0 Oreo version. Samsung Galaxy S6 is an older phone than Motorola Moto Z Play, but Samsung managed to build it just a little bit thinner and lighter.
The Galaxy S6 features an incredibly better looking screen than Motorola Moto Z Play, because although it has a little smaller display, it also counts with more pixels per inch in the screen and a higher 2560 x 1440 pixels resolution. The Galaxy S6 counts with a greater hardware performance than Motorola Moto Z Play, and although they both have the same number of cores and 3 GB of RAM memory, the Galaxy S6 also has an extra GPU and a 64-bits processing unit.
