Xperia 10 II is a bit better than Moto Z Play, getting a score of 78.5 against 74.4. These devices include Android operating system, but Xperia 10 II has 10 version while Moto Z Play has Android 8.0 Oreo version. Xperia 10 II is a much newer and a bit lighter phone than the Moto Z Play, although it is also thicker.

Xperia 10 II features a little more vivid display than Motorola Moto Z Play, because it has a bit better pixels count per inch of display, a slightly better 1080 x 2520 resolution and a little bigger display. The Xperia 10 II features a superior storage to store more games and applications than Moto Z Play, because although it has a slot for external memory cards that admits 1000 GB smaller, it also counts with more internal storage capacity.

The Sony Xperia 10 II has a processing unit that is very similar to the CPU in Moto Z Play, and although the Sony Xperia 10 II has a larger amount of RAM, they both have the same number of cores.
