Xperia XA2 Plus has a general score of 78.6, which is a little bit better than the Moto Z Play's 74.4 global score. Both of these devices work with the same Android 8.0 Oreo OS (Operating System), so they should give all the same OS features. Xperia XA2 Plus's design is newer than the Moto Z Play's, although it's heavier and a lot thicker.
The Sony Xperia XA2 Plus has just a bit better hardware performance than Motorola Moto Z Play, and although they both have 8 CPU cores, the Sony Xperia XA2 Plus also has a greater amount of RAM memory. Xperia XA2 Plus features a bit better battery duration than Moto Z Play, because it has a 3580mAh battery size instead of 3510mAh.
