Asus ZenFone AR has an overall score of 77.4, which is a little bit better than Moto Z's overall score of 74.5. Asus ZenFone AR's body is newer than the Moto Z's, but it's notably thicker and incredibly heavier. Asus ZenFone AR and Moto Z have quite similar processing units, and although the Asus ZenFone AR has a larger amount of RAM memory, they both have a Quad-Core processor.

Moto Z counts with a slightly better looking screen than Asus ZenFone AR, because although it has a little smaller screen, and they both have exactly the same 1440 x 2560px resolution, the Moto Z also counts with a just a bit higher screen density. Asus ZenFone AR features a bit better camera than Motorola Moto Z, because although it has slower 24 fps video frame rate and a smaller aperture which is worse for capturing photos in low light situations, and they both have the same video quality, the Asus ZenFone AR also counts with a much higher resolution back-facing camera.
