The Motorola Edge 50 has an overall score of 81.2, which is a bit better than Moto Z's global score of 74.5. Both phones in this comparison use Android OS (Operating System), but the Motorola Edge 50 has older 14 version while Moto Z has Android 8.0 Oreo. Although Motorola Edge 50 is way newer than Moto Z, it is thicker and a lot heavier.
