Galaxy A8 Star has a global score of 82.1, which is much better than Moto Z's 74.5 score. Both devices in this comparison review come with Android OS, but Galaxy A8 Star has a newer 9.0 Pie version while Moto Z has Android 8.0 Oreo, providing you some additional features and some performance improvements.
