The Xperia 5 has an overall score of 81, which is slightly better than Motorola Moto Z2 Force Edition's global score of 77.4. The Xperia 5 is a noticeably newer device than Motorola Moto Z2 Force Edition, but it is heavier and incredibly thicker. Motorola Moto Z2 Force Edition has just a bit better display than Sony Xperia 5, because although it has a bit smaller screen, it also counts with a little bit greater number of pixels in each screen inch and a little higher 1440 x 2560 resolution.

Motorola Moto Z2 Force Edition features just a bit bigger storage capacity for applications and games than Sony Xperia 5, because although it has only 64 GB internal storage capacity, it also counts with a slot for external memory cards that holds a maximum of 1,95 TB. The Xperia 5 features a little better hardware performance than Moto Z2 Force Edition, and although they both have the same number of cores, the Xperia 5 also has a greater amount of RAM.

Xperia 5 takes a little bit better pictures and videos than Moto Z2 Force Edition, and although they both have the same 30 frames per second video frame rate, a same resolution camera and the same 3840x2160 (4K) video definition, the Xperia 5 also has a bigger sensor shooting higher quality videos and photographs and a bigger diafragm aperture to take better low light images and videos.

The Sony Xperia 5 counts with just a bit better battery performance than Moto Z2 Force Edition, because it has 3140mAh of battery capacity.

Xperia 5 costs a little more than Motorola Moto Z2 Force Edition, but it's still a great choice, as you can get a lot more features for that extra money.
