Sony Xperia XZ2 has a global score of 79.1, which is just a bit better than the Moto Z2 Force Edition's 77.4 score. Even being the best in this review, Sony Xperia XZ2's construction is thicker and way heavier than the Moto Z2 Force Edition. Xperia XZ2 features a bit faster CPU than Moto Z2 Force Edition. Both have the same RAM memory amount and a Octa-Core processor.
Xperia XZ2 has just a bit better screen than Motorola Moto Z2 Force Edition, because although it has a little bit inferior pixel amount in each display inch and a way worse 1080 x 2160px resolution, it also counts with a little bigger screen. The Moto Z2 Force Edition has a superior memory capacity to install applications and games or saving photos and videos than Sony Xperia XZ2, and although they both have equal internal memory, the Moto Z2 Force Edition also has a slot for an SD memory card that allows up to 1,95 TB.
Xperia XZ2 features superior battery performance than Moto Z2 Force Edition, because it has a 3180mAh battery capacity instead of 2730mAh. The Xperia XZ2 captures much clearer pictures and videos than Moto Z2 Force Edition, and although they both have a same size diafragm aperture and the same video definition, the Xperia XZ2 also has a back-facing camera with a much better resolution, better video frame rate and a much larger back camera sensor capturing more light and vivid colors.
