Although the Google Pixel 2 and the Moto Z2 Play were released with only 4 months difference, the Google Pixel 2 body is noticeably thicker but a bit lighter than the Moto Z2 Play. Google Pixel 2 counts with a little sharper screen than Moto Z2 Play, because although it has a quite smaller screen, and they both have the same exact 1080 x 1920 resolution, the Google Pixel 2 also counts with a bit greater pixel density. Moto Z2 Play has just a bit better battery life than Google Pixel 2, because it has an 11% more battery size.
