Huawei P20 is a little bit better than Motorola Moto Z2 Play, getting a overall score of 78.1 against 77.4. The Huawei P20 body is newer, but somewhat heavier and extremely thicker than Motorola Moto Z2 Play. The Huawei P20 counts with a bit more powerful processor than Moto Z2 Play. They have 4 GB of RAM and the same number of cores.
Huawei P20 features a little more vivid display than Moto Z2 Play, because it has a just a little more pixels per screen inch, a bit larger display and a little higher 1080 x 2244 pixels resolution. The Moto Z2 Play features a lot bigger storage for applications, games, photos and videos than Huawei P20, because although it has just 64 GB internal storage, it also counts with a SD extension slot that supports a maximum of 1,95 TB.
The Huawei P20 shoots slightly better photographs and videos than Moto Z2 Play, although it has a tinier diafragm aperture, they both have the same video definition, a back-facing camera with a 12 mega pixels and the same 30 frames per second video frame rates. The Huawei P20 counts with just a little bit longer battery duration than Motorola Moto Z2 Play, because it has a 13% more battery size.
Although Huawei P20 is a better device, it costs more than the Motorola Moto Z2 Play, and it doesn't have such a good price and quality relation as the Motorola Moto Z2 Play. So if you want that extra features and specs, you can buy the Huawei P20, else you can save some money and buy the Motorola Moto Z2 Play, letting go some features and specs.
