The Galaxy A12 is a little bit better than the Moto Z2 Play, getting an 80.3 score against 77.4. Galaxy A12 is a much newer phone than the Moto Z2 Play, but it's extremely heavier and notably thicker. Motorola Moto Z2 Play features a bit better looking screen than Samsung Galaxy A12, because although it has a quite smaller screen, it also counts with more pixels per display inch and a higher resolution of 1080 x 1920 pixels.
Moto Z2 Play has more storage to install applications and games or saving photos and videos than Samsung Galaxy A12, and although they both have exactly the same 64 GB internal memory, the Moto Z2 Play also has a SD extension slot that admits up to 1,95 TB.
