Comparison review
The Asus ROG Phone II has an overall score of 88, which is better than Motorola Moto Z3 Play's general score of 76.3. Although Asus ROG Phone II is newer than Motorola Moto Z3 Play, it's extremely thicker and incredibly heavier. Asus ROG Phone II has a slightly better looking screen than Motorola Moto Z3 Play, because although it has a just a little worse pixels density, it also counts with a quite better resolution of 1080 x 2340px and a little bit bigger display.
Asus ROG Phone II features a greater processing power than Moto Z3 Play, and although they both have a Octa-Core CPU, the Asus ROG Phone II also has 8 GB more RAM. Asus ROG Phone II has a much bigger storage capacity to store more games and applications than Motorola Moto Z3 Play, because although it has no SD memory slot, it also counts with more internal storage capacity.
The Asus ROG Phone II has a much better camera than Motorola Moto Z3 Play, because although it has a smaller aperture which is not so good for low-light photography, and they both have the same (4K) video resolution, the Asus ROG Phone II also counts with better 60 fps video frame rates, a lot bigger back-facing camera sensor capturing lot better quality pictures and a back-facing camera with way more megapixels.
The Asus ROG Phone II has a much better battery lifetime than Moto Z3 Play, because it has a 100% bigger battery size.
