Comparison review
Samsung Galaxy A8 Star has an overall score of 82.1, which is a bit better than the Moto Z3's 77.6 overall score. Both of these phones include the same Android 9.0 Pie OS (Operating System). Even being the best we compare here, the Samsung Galaxy A8 Star is a somewhat heavier and a bit thicker cellphone than the Moto Z3.
Moto Z3 has a little faster processor than Galaxy A8 Star, although it has 2 GB less RAM, they both have a Octa-Core CPU. Moto Z3 has a bit more vivid display than Galaxy A8 Star, because although it has a quite lower resolution of 1080 x 2160 pixels and a bit smaller display, it also counts with a bit better pixel quantity per inch in the screen.
The Motorola Moto Z3 has a much better memory for applications, games, photos and videos than Galaxy A8 Star, and although they both have exactly the same 64 GB internal memory capacity, the Motorola Moto Z3 also has an external memory slot that holds a maximum of 1,95 TB. The Galaxy A8 Star has improved battery lifetime than Moto Z3, because it has a 3700mAh battery size against 3000mAh.
The Galaxy A8 Star features just a bit better camera than Moto Z3, and although they both have the same video frame rates and the same video resolution, the Galaxy A8 Star also has a larger aperture, a camera with much more megapixels and a larger camera sensor capturing higher quality photos.
