The Sony Xperia 5 has a general score of 81, which is slightly better than Motorola Moto Z3's 77.6 global score. Sony Xperia 5's body is newer, but somewhat thicker and a little bit heavier than Motorola Moto Z3. The Sony Xperia 5 has just a bit better processing power than Motorola Moto Z3, and although they both have the same number of cores, the Sony Xperia 5 also has a larger amount of RAM.

Although Sony Xperia 5 is a better device, it is a lot more expensive than the Moto Z3, and it doesn't have such a good relation between it's price and quality as Moto Z3. If you prefer to save some money, you can get the Moto Z3, letting go some specs and features, but you will get the most with your money.
