Apple iPhone 7 is a little bit better than the Moto Z4, having an 81.6 score against 79.8. Apple iPhone 7's design is somewhat lighter and a bit thinner than Moto Z4, despite of the fact that it was released many years before. IPhone 7 has a bit sharper display than Moto Z4, although it has a little bit less pixels per screen inch, a lot worse resolution of 750 x 1334 pixels and a much smaller screen.
IPhone 7 features a little faster processing unit than Moto Z4, although it has 2 GB less RAM memory and lesser cores (although faster). The Moto Z4 counts with a better camera than Apple iPhone 7, and although they both have the same 3840x2160 video quality and the same 30 fps video frame rate, the Moto Z4 also has a bigger diafragm aperture, a lot more mega pixels back camera and a lot bigger sensor taking more light and vivid colors.
The Moto Z4 counts with a bit bigger storage for applications and games than iPhone 7, because although it has less internal memory, it also counts with a slot for an SD memory card that supports a maximum of 512 GB. Moto Z4 has a much better battery life than iPhone 7, because it has 3600mAh of battery capacity.
Although iPhone 7 is a better device, it is a lot more expensive than Moto Z4, and it doesn't have such a good price and quality relation as Moto Z4. If you want to save some money, you can get Moto Z4, giving up a few features and specs, but you will get the most out of your money.
