The Moto Z4 is just a bit better than the Asus ROG Phone, having a overall score of 79.8 against 77.1. Even though Moto Z4 and Asus ROG Phone were released only 7 months apart, Moto Z4 is lighter and somewhat thinner. The Asus ROG Phone has a bit sharper display than Moto Z4, although it has a little worse amount of pixels per inch in the display, a little bit smaller display and a bit worse 1080 x 2160 resolution.
The Asus ROG Phone counts with a little bit better hardware performance than Moto Z4, and although they both have 8 cpu cores, the Asus ROG Phone also has a greater amount of RAM memory. The Moto Z4 takes much clearer photos and videos than Asus ROG Phone, because although it has lower video frame rates, and they both have the same video definition, the Moto Z4 also counts with a larger aperture to capture better low-light captures and videos and a lot bigger back camera sensor capturing lot better quality pictures and videos.
The Asus ROG Phone counts with a much better memory for games and applications than Motorola Moto Z4, because although it has no SD memory card expansion slot, it also counts with more internal storage capacity. Asus ROG Phone has a little better battery lifetime than Motorola Moto Z4, because it has a 4000mAh battery size against 3600mAh.
In addition to being the best phone of the ones in this comparison, Moto Z4 is also by far the cheapest one, making this phone a no doubt choice.
