Google Pixel 8 Pro has an overall score of 80.1, which is a little bit better than Moto Z4's overall score of 79.8. These phones work with Android OS, but Google Pixel 8 Pro has a more recent 13 version and Moto Z4 has Android 10, so it provides a couple additional features.
