Both phones in this review come with Android OS (Operating System), but the Moto Z4 has the older 10 version while HTC U23 Pro has Android 13. Moto Z4 is an extremely older device than the HTC U23 Pro, but Motorola managed to make it somewhat thinner and somewhat lighter.
Motorola Moto Z4 counts with a much more powerful CPU than HTC U23 Pro, although it has a smaller amount of RAM, they both have 8 cpu cores.
