Motorola Moto Z4 has an overall score of 79.8, which is slightly better than Motorola Edge 40's 77.2 score. Both phones in this comparison use Android operating system, but the Motorola Moto Z4 has the previous 10 version while Motorola Edge 40 has Android 13. Motorola Moto Z4 is an extremely older cellphone than the Motorola Edge 40, but Motorola managed to build it a little bit thinner and just a little bit lighter anyway.
Motorola Moto Z4 has a much better performing CPU than Motorola Edge 40, although it has a smaller amount of RAM memory, they both have a Octa-Core processor. Motorola Edge 40 takes just a bit better videos and photos than Moto Z4, and although they both have the same video frame rates and the same 3840x2160 (4K) video definition, the Motorola Edge 40 also has a larger diafragm aperture, a camera in the back with more megapixels and a much larger camera sensor.
The Motorola Moto Z4 counts with a much better storage for applications, games, photos and videos than Motorola Edge 40, and although they both have the same 128 GB internal storage, the Motorola Moto Z4 also has a slot for SD memory cards that admits a maximum of 512 GB. The Motorola Edge 40 has superior battery lifetime than Moto Z4, because it has a 4400mAh battery capacity instead of 3600mAh.
