The Galaxy S20 has an overall score of 94.8, which is better than the Moto Z4's 79.8 global score. Both devices we compare here include Android operating system, but Galaxy S20 has a more recent 13 version while Moto Z4 has Android 10 version, giving you some extra features. Galaxy S20's construction is newer and just a bit lighter than the Moto Z4's, but it's a little bit thicker.

The Galaxy S20 features a bit faster CPU than Moto Z4, and although they both have 8 CPU cores, the Galaxy S20 also has 8 GB more RAM memory. Galaxy S20 counts with a much better looking screen than Motorola Moto Z4, because although it has a little bit smaller screen, it also counts with a better resolution of 1440 x 3200px and a greater display pixels density.

The Moto Z4 takes a little bit better videos and photos than Galaxy S20, because although it has a tinier back camera sensor giving a lower image quality, and they both have the same (4K) video definition, the Moto Z4 also counts with a bigger diafragm aperture for better captures and videos in low light environments, a lot more mega-pixels camera in the back and better video frame rate.

The Samsung Galaxy S20 has a slightly bigger storage for games and applications than Motorola Moto Z4, and although they both have the same internal storage capacity, the Samsung Galaxy S20 also has an external memory slot that supports a maximum of 1000 GB. The Samsung Galaxy S20 features just a little better battery lifetime than Moto Z4, because it has an 11% greater battery capacity.

The Galaxy S20 costs a lot more than the Moto Z4, but you can get a better phone for that extra dollars.
