The Moto Z4 has a global score of 79.8, which is just a bit better than the Xiaomi Mi 8 Lite's 77.7 score. Moto Z4 is a just a little bit lighter and a bit thinner device than Xiaomi Mi 8 Lite. Both devices in this comparison review work with Android operating system, but Moto Z4 has the older 10 version while Xiaomi Mi 8 Lite has Android 8.1 Oreo.
The Xiaomi Mi 8 Lite counts with just a little better processing power than Moto Z4, and although they both have the same number of cores, the Xiaomi Mi 8 Lite also has more RAM memory. Xiaomi Mi 8 Lite features a bit sharper screen than Motorola Moto Z4, although it has a quite lower resolution of 1080 x 2280, a little bit lower pixel density and a quite smaller display.
Motorola Moto Z4 captures better pictures and videos than Xiaomi Mi 8 Lite, and although they both have the same 30 fps video frame rate and the same 3840x2160 video resolution, the Motorola Moto Z4 also has a back camera with lot more megapixels, a way larger camera sensor which provides a much better image and video quality and a larger diafragm aperture to capture better images in low light situations.
The Moto Z4 has a much greater memory capacity for applications, games, photos and videos than Xiaomi Mi 8 Lite, and although they both have the same internal storage capacity, the Moto Z4 also has a SD extension slot that allows a maximum of 512 GB. The Motorola Moto Z4 features just a little bit longer battery life than Xiaomi Mi 8 Lite, because it has a 3600mAh battery capacity.
