The Galaxy M31s has a global score of 88, which is just a bit better than the Motorola One 5G's global score of 84.6. Although the Galaxy M31s and the Motorola One 5G were released with only a couple months difference, Galaxy M31s's design is just a little lighter but a little thicker. The Galaxy M31s has a little faster CPU than Motorola One 5G, and although they both have a Octa-Core processing unit, the Galaxy M31s also has more RAM.
The Motorola One 5G and the Galaxy M31s both feature really similar displays, although the Galaxy M31s has a quite lower resolution of 1080 x 2400, a just a little lower number of pixels per inch in the screen and a little smaller screen. Motorola One 5G has a slightly better memory for games and applications than Samsung Galaxy M31s, and although they both have equal internal memory, the Motorola One 5G also has a SD extension slot that supports up to 1000 GB.
Galaxy M31s takes clearer photos and videos than Motorola One 5G, because although it has a tinier diafragm aperture, and they both have the same 30 frames per second video frame rate and the same video quality, the Galaxy M31s also counts with a camera in the back with way more mega-pixels and a larger back camera sensor providing a higher image quality.
The Galaxy M31s counts with better battery performance than Motorola One 5G, because it has a 6000mAh battery capacity.
