The Xperia XZ2 is a little bit better than Motorola One Macro, having a score of 79.1 against 73.8. Although it's the best cellphone in this review, we must tell that it's also older, just a bit heavier and thicker. The Sony Xperia XZ2 has a bit better processor than Motorola One Macro. Both of them have the same number of cores and 4 GB of RAM.
The Xperia XZ2 counts with a way better looking display than Motorola One Macro, because although it has a bit smaller screen, it also counts with a way better 1080 x 2160px resolution and a much higher quantity of pixels per inch of screen. The Motorola One Macro features a little bit more storage capacity to install games and applications than Xperia XZ2, and although they both have exactly the same 64 GB internal storage, the Motorola One Macro also has a SD card slot that admits up to 512 GB.
The Motorola One Macro features superior battery life than Xperia XZ2, because it has a 4000mAh battery capacity against 3180mAh. Xperia XZ2 captures much clearer pictures and videos than Motorola One Macro, and although they both have a F2 camera aperture, the Xperia XZ2 also has a back-facing camera with a lot better resolution, a lot larger back camera sensor capturing much better quality photographs and videos and a much better 3840x2160 video resolution.
