Asus ROG Phone 8 Pro is much better than Motorola One Power, with an 84.2 score against 75.7. The Asus ROG Phone 8 Pro design has the same thickness than Motorola One Power, but it's a little bit heavier. These phones use Android OS (operating system), but Asus ROG Phone 8 Pro has a newer 14 version while Motorola One Power has Android 10 version.
