The Samsung Galaxy A8 Star is slightly better than Motorola One Vision, getting a global score of 82.1 against 80.7. Samsung Galaxy A8 Star's design is just a little bit heavier but somewhat thinner than the Motorola One Vision, and both were released with only a couple of months difference. The Motorola One Vision counts with just a bit better display than Samsung Galaxy A8 Star, and although they both have a display of the same size, the Motorola One Vision also has a little higher resolution of 1080 x 2520 pixels and a just a bit better screen pixel density.

Motorola One Vision features a much bigger storage capacity to store more games and applications than Samsung Galaxy A8 Star, because it has more internal storage capacity and a slot for external memory cards that supports a maximum of 512 GB. The Galaxy A8 Star counts with just a little better hardware performance than Motorola One Vision, and although they both have a Octa-Core CPU, the Galaxy A8 Star also has a higher amount of RAM memory.

The Motorola One Vision captures much clearer pictures and videos than Galaxy A8 Star, and although they both have the same video frame rates, a F1.7 camera aperture and the same 3840x2160 (4K) video resolution, the Motorola One Vision also has a camera in the back with much more mega-pixels and a much larger back camera sensor providing a way higher image quality.

Galaxy A8 Star features just a little better battery performance than Motorola One Vision, because it has a 3700mAh battery size.
