Comparison review

The Xperia 5 is slightly better than Motorola One Zoom, having an 81 score against 80. The Xperia 5 design is lighter and a little bit thinner than the Motorola One Zoom, although they were only released with a couple months difference. Xperia 5 counts with a bit better looking display than Motorola One Zoom, because although it has a little smaller screen, it also counts with a quite better 1080 x 2520 pixels resolution and a little bit more pixels per screen inch.

Sony Xperia 5 features a little faster CPU than Motorola One Zoom, and although they both have a Octa-Core CPU, the Sony Xperia 5 also has a greater amount of RAM memory. Motorola One Zoom has a much better camera than Xperia 5, because although it has a smaller aperture which is not nice for taking photographs or video in low-light situations, and they both have the same 30 frames per second video frame rate and the same video definition, the Motorola One Zoom also counts with a camera in the back with way more MP and a much larger back camera sensor taking lot better quality pictures and videos.

The Sony Xperia 5 counts with a quite bigger memory capacity to store more games and applications than Motorola One Zoom, and although they both have the same 128 GB internal storage capacity, the Sony Xperia 5 also has a slot for SD memory cards that admits a maximum of 512 GB. The Motorola One Zoom features longer battery lifetime than Xperia 5, because it has 4000mAh of battery capacity against 3140mAh.

Although Xperia 5 is a better device, it costs a lot more money than the Motorola One Zoom, and it doesn't have such a good relation between it's price and quality as Motorola One Zoom. If you prefer to save a few dollars, you can buy Motorola One Zoom, giving up a few features and specifications, but you'll get the most with your savings.
