The Sony Xperia XZ3 is slightly better than the Motorola razr (2019), with a score of 79.6 against 75.2. The Sony Xperia XZ3 design is a bit lighter than the Motorola razr (2019), but it is way thicker and was released just 16 months before. Both of these phones include Android operating system, but Sony Xperia XZ3 has a newer 9.0 Pie version and Motorola razr (2019) has Android 10, so it offers a couple nice extra features and enhanced performance.
