Samsung Galaxy Note 3 is better than Motorola Razr 40 Ultra, with a general score of 81.2 against 73.1. Both phones in this review include Android OS (operating system), but the Samsung Galaxy Note 3 has the older 5.0 version while Motorola Razr 40 Ultra has Android 13. Galaxy Note 3 counts with a brighter screen than Motorola Razr 40 Ultra, although it has a little smaller screen, a little lower resolution of 1920 x 1080 pixels and a little bit lower screen pixel density.
