Samsung Galaxy Note 4 has a score of 81.6, which is much better than Motorola Razr 40 Ultra's general score of 73.1. Both of these phones include Android OS, but Samsung Galaxy Note 4 has 5.0 version and Motorola Razr 40 Ultra has Android 13.
