The Pantech Perception is just a bit better than Motorola RAZR D1, having a 52.5 score against 48. The Pantech Perception body is thinner but heavier than Motorola RAZR D1. Both phones in this comparison come with Android OS (operating system), but the Pantech Perception has 4.1.2 version and Motorola RAZR D1 has Android 4.1, so it provides you a couple nice extra features and a performance increase.
