Moto G LTE is a little bit better than the Motorola RAZR D3, getting a overall score of 62.4 against 56.9. These phones use Android OS (Operating System), but the Moto G LTE has the newer 4.4.4 version and Motorola RAZR D3 has Android 4.1 version.
