Xperia S has a score of 63.8, which is just a bit better than Motorola RAZR i's 58.1 score. Both of these devices come with Android OS (operating system), but Xperia S has older 4.1 version and Motorola RAZR i has Android 4.1.2. Even though Xperia S is a better phone than Motorola RAZR i, it must be told that it's also extremely thicker and heavier.
