The Motorola DROID Turbo has an overall score of 77.9, which is much better than the Motorola RAZR M's global score of 58.9. Motorola DROID Turbo's body is noticeably newer than the Motorola RAZR M's, but it's a lot heavier and much thicker. Both phones in this comparison work with Android OS (Operating System), but the Motorola DROID Turbo has the newer 4.4.4 version while Motorola RAZR M has Android 4.4.2 version, giving some additional features.

Motorola DROID Turbo counts with a better processing unit than Motorola RAZR M, because it has more RAM memory, a higher number of faster cores and a faster 500 MHz graphics co-processor.
