The LG Phoenix 5 is a bit better than the Motorola RAZR MAXX, getting a 67.4 score against 62. LG Phoenix 5's body is much newer and a bit thinner than the Motorola RAZR MAXX's, although it's also just a bit heavier. Both of these phones use Android operating system, but the LG Phoenix 5 has a newer 10 version while Motorola RAZR MAXX has Android 4.0 version, so it offers some extra features.
Motorola RAZR MAXX and LG Phoenix 5 have really similar screens, although the LG Phoenix 5 also has a just a little greater count of pixels in each inch of screen, a much larger display and a much better 720 x 1520px resolution. The LG Phoenix 5 has a bit better hardware performance than Motorola RAZR MAXX, because although it has doesn't have an additional graphics processing unit, it also counts with a larger number of cores and more RAM.
The LG Phoenix 5 has a slightly better camera than Motorola RAZR MAXX, and although they both have the same video frame rates and the same 1920x1080 video definition, the LG Phoenix 5 also has a back-facing camera with way more megapixels and a way larger diafragm aperture to capture better low light images.
The Motorola RAZR MAXX has a superior memory capacity for applications and games than LG Phoenix 5, and although they both have exactly the same internal memory capacity, the Motorola RAZR MAXX also has a slot for an SD memory card that supports a maximum of 32 GB. Motorola RAZR MAXX has a bit longer battery duration than LG Phoenix 5, because it has a 3300mAh battery capacity.
