The Samsung Galaxy S4 is much better than Motorola RAZR, getting a overall score of 76.1 against 60.2. These devices include Android OS (operating system), but Samsung Galaxy S4 has 4.4.2 version and Motorola RAZR has Android 4.0.4. Although the Samsung Galaxy S4 is newer than Motorola RAZR, it is a little thicker and just a bit heavier.
