The Samsung Highlight is much better than the Motorola Rival, getting a 38.3 score against 33.9. The Samsung Highlight design is somewhat lighter and a lot thinner than the Motorola Rival. The Samsung Highlight's CPU is very similar to the CPU in Motorola Rival, both have a 0-Core CPU. The Samsung Highlight features a little sharper display than Motorola Rival, because it has a much larger display, a way higher resolution of 400 x 240px and a little bit greater pixels count in each inch of screen.

Samsung Highlight shoots slightly better photographs and videos than Motorola Rival, because it has a back-facing camera with a much higher 3 mega pixels resolution. The Samsung Highlight features as much storage to install applications and games or saving photos and videos as the Motorola Rival one, although the Samsung Highlight has no slot for an SD memory card.
