Motorola Rival Review

Motorola Rival is a low end cellphone, counting with a 2.2 inches display and a 2 mega-pixels back camera.

This device isn't a very compact phone, taking into consideration it is 3.82" long and 2.01 inches wide,but it just packs a 2.2 inches display. This cellphone is quite thick compared to today's cellphones, with its 0.71" thickness. Motorola forgot about weight optimization in this 4.41 oz phone, far heavier than other similar cellphones.

The Motorola Rival is equipped with only a 2 MP back camera.

Motorola packed this phone with a low level 2.2 inches display, and a 220 x 176 resolution, making images look less detailed. Its display uses TFT resistive technology, but it can't detect multi touch gestures.

The Motorola Rival doesn't use a SIM card, because it's not a GSM enabled phone and it can work with CDMA carriers.

The Motorola Rival counts with a 940 mAh small Li-Ion battery that can keep it running for many hours, although you will probably need to charge it after some moderate to heavy usage. Motorola reports a stand by time of 510 hours and a talk time of 5.3 hs for this phone.

This cellphone is priced around $ 49, which is not a really offer for this type of phone.
