The Motorola Droid X has a global score of 53.7, which is slightly better than Motorola Spice XT's 48.9 global score. Although the Motorola Droid X is older and much heavier than the Motorola Spice XT, it's design is still thinner. These devices come with Android operating system, but Motorola Droid X has the older 2.3 version while Motorola Spice XT has Android 2.3.4.

Motorola Spice XT and Motorola Droid X feature very similar processing units, and although the Motorola Droid X has doesn't have an additional GPU, they both have a Single-Core CPU and a 512 MB RAM memory. Motorola Droid X has a better looking screen than Motorola Spice XT, because it has a greater display pixel density, a lot better resolution of 854 x 480 and a bigger display.

Motorola Droid X features much more storage capacity for games and applications than Motorola Spice XT. Both of them have a slot for an SD memory card that admits a maximum of 32 GB. The Motorola Droid X features a bit better camera than Motorola Spice XT, because it has a back-facing camera with a way better 8 megapixels resolution and a lot better 1280x720 (HD) video quality.
