Samsung Galaxy Xcover 2 has a score of 58.9, which is just a bit better than Nokia 1.3's 58.4 general score. These phones include Android OS (Operating System), but the Samsung Galaxy Xcover 2 has a newer 4.1.2 version while Nokia 1.3 has Android 11 version, so it gives a couple nice extra features.
