Samsung Galaxy Xcover 2 is a mid-end cellphone launched in January 2013, packed with a good performance Dual-Core CPU clocking at 1000 MHz, a medium 4 inches multi-touch capacitive screen, a 5 mega-pixels back facing camera and a 0.3 mega-pixels front facing camera.
